The Vistaplan hanger has been designed to meet the demand of today’s drawing storage requirements and is suitable for use in the office as well as on site, making a complete drawing and planfiling system.
Hangers have a capacity of up to 100 sheets, depending on paper weight and the type of storage unit used. Hangers can store mixed paper sizes and drawings do not need to be fitted with planstrips. They are available in 3 lengths to accommodate all popular drawing sizes, including CAD plots.
For reference purposes, individual sheets can be flipped through like the pages of a book, without the need to open the hanger. The robust hanger is made of lightweight aluminium and is finished in an attractive durable powder coated textured grey finish. Drawing hanging systems are known as stick filing in the United States.

Plan Hanger Sizes
At Vistaplan, we manufacture our plan hangers to accommodate a range of drawing sizes. We provide three different sizes of plan hangers as shown below:
A1/A1CAD Hangers
This plan hanger comes with a paper clamping length of 650mm (65cm) and has an overall hanger length of 720mm (72cm) to accommodate your A1 drawings and A1 CAD plots.
A0 Hangers
This plan hanger is designed to accommodate plans that are produced on A0 paper. It has a paper clamping length of 841mm (84cm) and an overall hanger length of 910mm (91cm).
A0 CAD Hangers
Our A0 CAD plan hanger is the largest hanger that we stock, with a paper clamping length of 925mm (92.5cm) and an overall hanger length of 995mm (99.5cm), meaning that you can hang your A0 CAD designs and plots in an easily accessible hanger.
